Curlew Cottage

4 Sandwich Road -- Monomoy

Ken and Cynthia invite you to share our lovely Nantucket Island Home.  Thirty miles at sea away from the heat of the mainland.  This Monomoy location is available from May 15 until October 15.  We desire a single tenancy for as much of that period as possible.  Rent for entire period is $24,000.  June 1 through September 30 would be $22,000.  July and August by themselves would be $16,000.

The house has three bedrooms, two baths, and sleeps five.  It's a ten minute walk to shopping and just a quarter mile to the beach

One Bedroom has a Queen-sized Bed, the second bedroom is a twin with trundle, sleeping two, and the Third Bedroom has a single twin bed.

We have a policy of no smoking and no pets.
